Your wild birds will adore this Kingfisher Hanging Mealworm Bird Feeder with Canopy as the adjustable height cover will shelter them from any rain. You can also use this feeder for other feeds such as suet pellets as they will be kept dry too, and the high sides of this mesh feeder will prevent any light feeds from blowing away.

Made from steel and polycarbonate, it is a quality feeder that your feathered friends will certainly keep visiting if tasty treats are on offer! Perfect for placing on a tree branch or hanging bracket.

With disappearing habitats and climatic changes the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) and the British Trust for Ornithology (BTO) both recommend the year-round feeding of garden birds to maintain a healthy and viable flock of native species. Feeding requirements are greater in late autumn and winter when natural resources are in shorter supply and high energy levels are also needed during spring when birds are busy breeding and raising young. Once you have established a feeding regime - don’t disappoint them, they will depend on you!

The birds knees Shirl on 27 June 2019

This is the third one I have bought and the birds love them.

An instant Hit Suet on 15 December 2016

Put this in place of the previous feeder that held mealworms and the starlings took to it straight away. It holds a lot more so I am not constantly refilling it.

And the birds like it.

Good practical invention. Roger on 14 June 2016

Reasonably pleased, however had been in a hanging position for two weeks, when I found it on the floor with partly broken cover and where the cover meets the hanging rod.Further despite having hardly space between the plastic cover & the meal worms to allow small birds like blue tits to gain the food, starlings seem to be able to steal the food. Disappointing.

Birds love it scots gal on 18 January 2019

This bird feeder looked fine at first examination, however, once I tried to assemble it I realised a part was missing from the pack including any assembly instructions. I had to improvise so that the birds could use it safely. Didn't mind that much as I didn't pay full price for it thankfully.

Looks good BUT Bee on 7 February 2019

This is a good idea and certainly will help stop large birds from feeding but they still try. Jackdaws were so persistent that eventually it came off the branch and fell cracking the top. Also the join between the mesh base and the support is not very strong and will no doubt break in time.. I bought this feeder because I thought the design was good but it needs a bit more thought
