This shed was delivered in just a few days. We have put it together which needs 2 people and we are very pleased with the strength and it also look very good.
I'm very pleased with my purchase. Ordered on bank holiday Monday and it arrived on the Wednesday. Great product but take your time to read the instructions first. Preparation is key on this . Also use videos on utube makes installation even easier. Looks great when finished very very pleased.
We were told delivery would be 9-11 days and it was here within 3! The team organising delivery were really helpful. The poor delivery guy was instructed as a one man job, however this clearly needed two people to carry it off the van and inside my home. Once the weather was ok we finally set about putting it together. It took around 5 hours (this included destroying our old wood one) so a lot longer than expected. The whole thing is like a giant ikea build. The instructions were really easy to follow but we needed 2 people at all times to put it up. The quality of the product is a bit iffy, we had some metal parts delivered bent so we'd had to bend them back. When put together we found some parts didn't fit perfectly but with some umph we got them connected. The roof lets in the light really well. We are really pleased with the price and overall job the shed is doing. Beautiful colour and looks super. Water tight and sturdy. We haven't connected it to our original paving slabs as the contents are heavy enough to keep it down. We would recommend the shed to others.
I recently purchased this shed to store my collection of spinning materials, mainly scoured fleece and wool tops which I hand spin, but were taking over various areas indoors and becoming a nuisance. My husband and I put the shed together without any particular problems in an afternoon, the panels were flimsy before building, but seem ok now it's up. I have completely filled the shed with my storage crates and all seems well. I'm going to keep an eye on the horizontal gap running above the side wall below the roof, there is about a 1 - 1.5 cm gap there which could allow water in, particularly if it's windy and the run off from the roof may be directed close to this. As it has yet to rain, it's still to be seen. So far very happy, this was a competitively priced storage solution, and the double door access was particularly suited to my requirements.
Looked quite flimsy when first unpacked and was quite worried but once constructed seems nice and sturdy. Was easy to put up only took a couple of hours with help from my 8 year old! Looks nice too.
The booklet to build this is 100 pages ! that was the first clue. Over many years building furniture, sheds, car engines, kids toys etc etc this is the most awkward, frustrating , useless set of instructions ever. Some of the panels were not trimmed properly either making it worse than it needed to be. Also don't bother trying to build it if the wind is blowing more than 1 mile an hour as the floppy plastic sheets will bend and fly around like paper sheets. Overall a shocking self build.
