A sturdy seat Bathbun on 21 January 2018

I had some problems putting it together because the front holes didn't line up with the bolts but after some fiddleing it was ok. Seems a good strong bench. I will put wax filler in the bolt holes to stop the rain getting in.

I was disappointed with the quality of the materials on this bench. The finish was quite poor, and I had to rub down most of the surfaces to get an acceptable finish. The seat did not fit as shipped and I had to make some adjustments. All in all a very disappointing purchase for the money. The only reason we did not return this item was because it was a birthday gift, and there was no time to do so, plus associated costs. Only buy this if you don't mind spending a weekend on DIY.

not good so so. green on 30 June 2017

Finnish rather poor lots of open grain and rough here and there one of the leg ends not screwed fully together. but have painted and sanded to make the best of it would not recommend my bench.( wonder if I got a second??)
